Terms and Conditions of service for Authors: 

All persons who submit their articles to uPublish.info, hereafter referred to as "The Author(s)", confirm and declare and agree that:

• They are the sole copyright holder, author and/or owner of the submitted article;
• uPublish.info may at its sole discretion, on the uPublish.info website, publish, or not publish, or withdraw from publishing at any time, any submitted article unconditionally, and the author gives absolute permission and authorisation for uPublish.info to do so as from time of submission of any article;
• If an article is published in any form, which publication is not guaranteed, uPublish.info may distribute each published article to the uPublish.info website, newsletter; members of real-time email alert and to a RRS feed;
• Permission is unconditionally granted to reprint any or all articles or portions thereof in other ezines, print publications and websites,
• They will abide by the terms of uPublish.info's reprint rules and confirm that they have read and understood same;
• No liability whatsoever attaches to uPublish.info in respect of any violation of copyright, as may occur as a result of publication or reprinting by uPublish.info or any other person or entity, of any submitted article; and that they acknowledge that the enforcement of the Terms of Service for Publishers is entirely at their own risk and a private matter exclusively between themselves and the publisher.
• They guarantee uPublish.info, its owners, directors, employees and agents against, and accept sole liability for, any legal action that may be instituted in any form, by or against any person or entity, and costs related thereto, as a result of any opinion or advice that they or others may express or imply in any submitted article, or for any other reason whatsoever arising from the publication and/or reprinting of any such submitted article and confirm that they have read the Disclaimer (see below).
• uPublish.info Editorial team may, at its sole discretion, classify or reclassify any submitted article in a topic category such as it may deem suitable;
• uPublish.info did not receive monetary consideration from the author of the submitted article for submission of any submitted article to uPublish.info's directory, nor will the author expect or demand such payment from the publisher for any use of the article;
• Ezine publishers or webmasters may reprint and publish the submitted articles they may copy from the uPublish.info website, for use by their respective audiences;
• No guarantee is given by uPublish.info that any submitted and published articles will be reprinted by any other person or entity;
• uPublish.info reserves its rights to, at any time, publish advertisements of any nature on the same pages as those on which the articles may be published;
• They have read and understood and agree to abide by uPublish.info's Posted Submission Guidelines and, give unconditional permission for uPublish.info?s Editors to edit or reject any article so as to conform with such guidelines;
• Save for submitted articles that may include a domain name that is owned by the author and which forwards to an affiliate link, no articles will be submitted and thus published which have affiliate links in them;
• uPublish.info reserves its right to, at any time, modify or add to any or all of the above Terms and Conditions, at its sole discretion and without prior notice;
• By submission of any article to uPublish.info, they agree to all of uPublish.info?s Terms and Conditions above.

Publisher Terms of Service

• They have read and understood and have agreed to comply with the Reprint Policies of the uPublish.info site and any other Terms and Conditions and Editorial Guidelines as may be applicable and relevant to them as may be posted on the uPublish.info Site;
• They will make no alterations, additions, deletions or other changes to any part of the article;
• They will make no alterations, additions, deletions or other changes to any title of the article;
• They will publish the entire article as it is and uphold and respect all copyrights of Authors;
• They will not, at any time, translate, into any language, any portion or whole of any article;
• They will not create derivate works from any of the uPublish.info site, or submitted article, content;
• They will not, in any manner whatsoever, use any content of the uPublish.info site or submitted articles, in any video or other visual or audio derivative;
• They will not, at any time, through spamming, pop up ads or unsolicited email, reprint, or cause to be so reprinted, any article from the uPublish.info site;
• They will include the full Resource box or SIG line at the end of the article, which should read - Article Source:http://www.uPublish.info;
• They will include the credit to the article source below each reprinted article with the link active, for example: Article Source:
  http://www.uPublish.info
• They will make all links Active/Linkable without any syntax changes;
• They will not include the rel=nofollow tag in their HREF statements;
• They will not, at any time, charge any person to view any article that they reprinted from the uPublish.info directory;
• They will not, at any time, sell or cause to be sold, any article, or part thereof, from the uPublish.info directory, or from their own directory;
• They will not display, publish or reprint or cause to have displayed, published or reprinted, in whole or in part, any article found on the uPublish.info site, on any web site or similar forum that promotes or displays: racism, bigotry, pornography, profanity, hatred, exploitation of children, animals or any human, theft; murder, rape, instructions on how to make bombs or evade justice, and unlawful activities of any nature; or that contains illegal files (including mp3 files) or warez;
• They make use of the uPublish.info site, newsletters, RSS feed, or anything in any way connected to uPublish.info, entirely at their own risk, having read the Disclaimer (See above);
• They acknowledge uPublish.info's right to publish all articles found on its website;
• They are urged, as a matter of courtesy, to advise an author, per email, that they have reprinted any article of such author, either through the authors website link or email address that the author may have provided in the article;
• They are not required, when reprinting any article from the uPublish.info site, to include any Google ads that are found on the uPublish.info site;
• They guarantee uPublish.info, its owners, directors, employees and agents against, and accept sole liability for, any legal action that may be instituted in any forum, by or against any person or entity, and costs related thereto, as a result of any opinion or advice that they or others may express or imply in any submitted, published or reprinted article, or for any other reason whatsoever arising from the publication and/or reprinting of any such submitted article;
• uPublish.info has the sole right, at any time, for any reason, to revoke these reprint rights and undertakes to give the user either via email, postal mail, telephone or failing the aforementioned, via the users web hosting provider, 48 hours prior notice to this effect. Upon receiving notice the user agrees that within 24 hours they will completely remove every article received from uPublish.info and confirm by written reply that the user has complied with uPublish.info's request, failing which necessary action will be taken against the user to remedy the situation and recover any damages or losses uPublish.info may have suffered or incurred, at the user's own cost.
• uPublish.info reserves its right to, at any time, modify or add to any or all of the above Terms and Conditions, at its sole discretion and without prior notice;
• By publishing or reprinting any article from the uPublish.info site, they agree to all of uPublish.info's Terms and Conditions above.
