  • White Sun - Saint and Human
What are the differences between Saints and Human Beings? Why some people can give so easily and why some people find it so hard to give? People do things for themselves, but Saints do things for human beings. How can we improve ourselves? Firstly is to learn how to give selflessly and never ask for anything in return. If you have decided to give financial help to someone really in need, you must bear in mind to write it off and considered it as though he would not return it to you. In that manner, you will never be disappointed and be able to live a better and happier life.
  • White Sun (Heaven & Earth)
Heaven is everlasting, Earth is long enduring. The reason that Heaven and Earth are everlasting is that they do not live for themselves. Therefore they can long endure. The saints put themselves last, yet find themselves to be the first. They put body aside, yet the body exists. The hand that gives gathers. Selfless acts are from the heart and they have no ulterior motives. The value cannot be measured and those who can act according to the will of Heaven, are really beautiful humans. All good things are beautiful and all beautiful things are not neccessary good.
  • White Sun (The Blind Man)
There are a lot of natural phenomena, especially those that relate to our spirituality, of which we are ignorant or have very little understanding. However, it does not mean that they do not exist or are untrue. If we want to understand deeper into the nature of truth, we have to widen our horizon of realization and also elevate our scope of perception. Otherwise, our understanding of the world will always be limited by our view of reality and truth and we shall fail to see the true colors of things, people, nature and circumstances. Open our eyes and see and not just look. Don't be blind.
  • White Sun - The Mind
Right understanding of the Truth is very important because it will lead to right thought. The right thought in our mind will lead to right action. We don’t happen to do something without thinking about it. It must first be the thought in our mind before we go on to do it. If we happen to do something wrong, that, too, must derive from some wrong thought in our mind.
  • White Sun - Roots of Sufferings
To find happiness, one must know what are the roots of sufferings. Once the roots are identified, it is very important that the sooner they are eradicated, the sooner one will find happiness and joy in life. If a human being let hatred grow in his heart, he will become an evil spirit. If an evil spirit let hatred grow in his heart, he will become a demon. Therefore, shunning hatred is the beginning of avoiding the demon. Demon can never make us happy, so avoid them.
  • White Sun - Live a meaningful life.
What is actually a meaningful life? Do we want to have just a successful career or a happy family? Can that be considered a meaningful life? Certainly we are here for a purpose and questions about life have been studied by philosophers, great writers and religious followers. Nobody can escape old age, sickness and finally death. Along the way, there are also a lot of other sufferings, physically and mentally from young to old. Life is indeed a never-ending woe like the waves of the ocean which never cease to pound onto the shore.
  • White Sun - The New Paths
There is a saying, “Heaven will not block our way. If one path comes to an end, we must search for another one.” As long as we don’t deviate from our goals, then all roads lead to Rome. In other words, we can all return to the origin. Where is the origin and how to get there? No words can describe fully the beginning and the Truth. One has to taste it by himself in order to get the feel and a blind man will never be able to visualize the beauty of the setting sun.
  • White Sun - A Good Role Model
When a leader’s conduct is righteous he does not have to give orders to make others follow him. However, if his personal conduct is not righteous, he may give orders but no one will follow him. Only when a person's actions are righteous will the world turn to him with recognition and compliance. In the process of cultivation it is important that our hearts and mouths are one, our words and actions coincide and our bodies and environment are in harmony. Only then can we be a good role model.
  • White Sun - Extraordinary Person
From a poor family comes a respectful son. From a troubled country comes a loyal official. Be in the world, but do not be tainted by it. We must recognize our direction in life and not be manipulated or misled by our environment. Let's learn to be the master of ourselves. Learn how to control our desires and emotions and do not let them control our hearts. Refine ourselves and become people with extraordinay qualities. Life will then be very meaningful and worth living.
  • White Sun - Freedom
What is truly freedom? Do not let fate determine your life but let life determine your fate. Although there is fate, do not be pinned down by destiny. A free person is not dominated by fate and the force of karma. Know how to free ourselves from the net of karma. Manage our destiny and be truly free. The main purpose of life is to seek the path to total freedom and end the cycle of birth and death.
  • White Sun - The Trap
Traps are usually designed to catch those easily misled into a belief that it was good for them. Alcohol, sex, wealth and anger are four great walls. Many men and women are trapped within them. Those who can jump over them are immortals. The world is full of traps specially baited to appeal to our weaknesses and deep rooted habits. How many can actually escape them and once trapped, nobody can help us except ourselves.
  • White Sun - The Inner Strength
Everyone has inner strength and potential to do great things in life. Under normal circumstances, we may be too weak to do certain thing because these inherent strengths are not forced to do so. Given a situation between life and death, we can do miracle. It is just amazing how strong our inner strength is when we have no joice but to fight back or run for our lives. When a cat is cornered by a dog, its claws naturally give the weapons needed to fight back. Likewise, we too have the inner strength as the unseen weapon.
  • White Sun - Mother
There is a saying: “All parents are alike at heart.” In today’s society, people can be very cold hearted and their conscience may have lost. The homes for old folks are full of mothers and fathers. Confucius said that if you just feed your parents, you do that to your pets too. There is no difference. Filial piety is the first of the eight virtues. If a person is not filial to his parents, then everything he does is false meaning having ulterior motive or personal gain. First be good to your mother, it is the law of nature.
  • White Sun - Human Sensibility
Human beings are sensible beings. Sensible means having or showing wisdom or common sense or that we do not simply follow something blindly without thinking about it. After listening to the description of a matter, we will contemplate on its Truth. We all have common sense but if the common sense is lost, then anything can happen. However, do not do things that can make us lose our common sense.
  • White Sun - The Greater & Lesser Beings
Everyone is born a human but every individual is different. There are wise people and there are people who do not even know when the sun is rising or what is right and what is wrong. It has nothing to do with money. Greater beings means a Saint, a Buddha, people of nobility and great virtues. Lesser beings are basically lay mortal beings. Some are born greater beings and some lesser beings. Why is that so?
  • Health - Living with Diabetes
Diabetes is the mother of all killer diseases and one cannot take it easy if he has it. A diabetic can live a normal life provided he knows how to take care. If diabetic is not careful then diabetes eventually can affect all the organs and systems of the body. Diabetes is progressive, causing no symptoms for the present but ticking like a time bomb.
  • Health - Diabetes the Silent Killer
If there is a sudden loss in weight and feeling hungry despite great appetite, you may have diabetes. Diabetes is the number one cause of blindness in the United States, the risk of heart attack is two to four times greater for those with diabetes and the risk of stroke is two to six times higher. There is also an increase risk of kidney disease, high blood pressure, infections, gangrene and other diseases.
  • Health - Exercise for better Health
Health is wealth. If you can still walk, never be too late to walk. Daily exercise is needed as much as sleep, rest or proper nutrition. Exercise is better than medicine and once a doctor told me, if you are disciplined in your exercise, you may be successful in taking off your diabetic pills. With this statement, I exercise daily and now in good health with minimal medication.
  • White Sun - The Eight Virtues
To be a better person, the eight virtues are very important. It is the Way of Man that man must know and practise it in his life. If a person is ignorant of the eight virtues, then he may make a lot of mistakes in life and find himself not living in peace and love. His look may not be pleasant and all he cares are most likely for himself and materialistic in life. Whereas if a person leads his life using the eight virtues as a guide, he will attain success, live a peaceful life, have pleasant personality and will grow old gracefully.
  • Life - The Ordinary People
A Saint is without desire, a Sage has very little desire, an ordinary person is full of desires and an ignorant person is overwhelmed with desires. What ordinary people enjoy are good health, rich food, fine clothing, beauty, and music etc. But after a hundred years if a person can live to is just like a dream even if he had enjoyed all the best in the world. Not a single penny he can bring along with him, but the question is, where will he go?
  • White Sun - The Suffering
Life is indeed suffering sooner or later. Happiness cannot last and suffering can be so painful and long until the last breath. There are sufferings from living, natural disasters and calamities, conditions of life, feeling etc. The list is very long but why must man suffer? We have to accept because this is life! Accept and live with the suffering and one will feel better in the heart.
  • White Sun - Filial Piety
Filial piety is the most important virtue of the eight virtues. Heaven said, "Without parents, there are no us; without Heaven, there is no earth." Parents give us the body and Heaven gives us the soul. First be filial to our parents otherwise everything is false or with ulterior motive. The highest filial piety is to save our parents back to Heaven. The middle filial piety is to care, love and take care of them with food, clothings and a roof over their heads. The lesser filial piety is to take care of them with all the necessities to survive but without love.
  • White Sun - The Bitterness
A person's life always includes bitterness as well as happiness and it intermingles and manifests their presence throughout one's lifetime. Bitterness creates Buddhahood. The higher one climbs, the higher one falls. Happiness is illusive and temporary and it can disappear in a flash of light. Real happiness is not defined in terms of wealth, honor or fame. The richest man has his own sorrows. Happiness is one full of wisdom and virtues.
  • White Sun - Seeing Beyond
The naked eyes cannot see beyond, but the third eye may see all. The Third Eye is also called The Divine Eye or The Dot. It is the place where the True Self resides and it has to be opened in order to see. How to open this Third Eye? In the Temple of Tao of Heaven, the transmission of Tao is done by the ceremony of the fire and the holy spirit. It is to open the Third Eye and the True Self can be awakened to the Truth of life and to see beyond.
  • White Sun - Emptiness
What is actually emptiness? It is not easy to undersatnd emptiness. According to Tao, image is emptiness; emptiness is image. The void is neither an image nor emptiness. Existence is nothingness; nothingness is existence. Both existence and nothingness are of the same essence.
  • White Sun - The Beginning & Tao
Lao Tzu defined Tao as follows: "Great Tao has no form nor substance, yet it creates and cultivates Heaven and Earth. Great Tao has no favors, thus it governs the law and order of the cosmos. Great Tao has no name, but it gives life to and nourishes all beings. Because it is so mystical and powerful, there really is no proper word to represent it. However, without a name, I am afraid that others cannot relate to it. Thus, the word 'Tao' is reluctantly used to represent it."
  • White Sun - Interesting Questions; Interesting Answers
There are Ten Tribunals of punishment in the Underworld. When animals, fowls, fishes and worms (all living beings except human) die, their souls are sucked back into Hades at the Third Tribunal. Their death is mainly due to slaughtering rather than by sickness. This slaughtering is generally done by human beings and because these creatures seem to know that they have no way of escape, they feel very frightened and cry and scream in their own way.
  • White Sun - Punishment in Hell
There is a type of punishment in Hell which I would like to disclose here because it is a very common problem in the world. May this disclosure help to wake up those who are caught in this situation at present and the punishment is the forcing of inserting iron pins into the mouth. Let's hear the confessions of the suffering souls:
  • White Sun - The Underworld Emperor
"Wang" means Emperor in Chinese. The Ten Emperors from the First Tribunal to the Tenth Tribunal are: 1]Qin Guang Wang 2]Chujiang Wang 3]Songdi Wang 4]Wuguan Wang 5]Senluo Wang 6]Bian Cheng Wang 7]Tai Shan Wang 8]Du Shi Wang 9]Ping Deng Wang and 10]Zhuan Lun Wang. On 4th Moon 29th Day (15th June, 1977), a medium's soul "Yang Sheng" and "JiGong" visited the Fifth Tribunal and "Senluo Wang" was there to receive them and this is what he said:
  • White Sun - The Jade Emperor
The Jade Edict was issued on the 15th day of 8th moon (8th Sept, 1976) with the express intention of helping and saving human beings. The tour of Hades commenced on 9th Sept, 1976 and ended on 30th July, 1978 in sixty-two (62) Journeys. The details and conversations of each Journey were written in Chinese characters on the planchette board and were translated into English by Mr Lee Teik Chong in 1982.
  • White Sun - The Spiritual Test
The way of the Tao goes against human emotions and desires. Those who follow the way of the True Tao become Immortals while those who follow human emotions and desires become ghosts. There is a saying "To practise Tao is like climbing a tall post. It is easy to come down but very difficult to get to the top."
  • White Sun - The Three Vehicles
In the teachings of Tao of Heaven, there are many books written by the Heavenly Beings including the Holy Beings from the Underworld, confessions of the suffering souls from Hell, ghosts, devils and even souls of animals. All these took place in the Temple of Tao of Heaven and there are two ways of teachings. One in the form of olden scriptures where divine messages were delivered in poems and very deep sayings and the other way is the modern layman way of teaching using simple words for easy understanding. The Three Vehicles of Dharma explained by Heaven is as follows:
  • White Sun - The Soul
"I Ching" states: "I" is aligned to Heaven and Earth. Thus it encompasses the Tao of Heaven and Earth. It explains not only the observable world, but also the unobservable world of spirits. It embraces the law of beginning, end and regeneration of all phenomena and matters. It knows that all matters are formed by spirits and vitality, and the soul governs the changes of the matters.
  • White Sun - The Six Doors
The Six Doors are the eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body and mind. If these doors are not guarded, one's soul will wander in and out through them upon death and fall into the cycle of birth, death and rebirth. Why? The eyes, ears, nose and tongue are doors leading to rebirth as four kinds of animals, and are also known as four paths of birth.
  • White Sun - The Human Desire
Throughout man's life, his eyes are opened by the greedy desires. Extinguish this thought and there will be no need to fight otherwise desire is the word that brings down all downfalls. My Master Jigong dictated a wonderful poem as below:
  • White Sun - I Ching (Yin & Yang)
The eight trigrams formed the foundation of the earliest holy scripture of China, "I Ching". Five thousand years ago, Emperor Fu Shi obtained the true Tao after seeking twenty-four masters. When he was bestowed upon the Decree of Heaven, a sacred diagram on the body of a dragon horse was revealed to him after appearing from the river Ho. It was called the Diagram of the River. There were fifty-five dots of "Yin" and "Yang" to represent the five elements - water, fire, wood, metal and earth.
  • White Sun - The Third Eye
The Third Eye is a point on the face unseen to the naked eyes. One may not see it, but it can be felt by the heart. Man will know where it lies if they search for it with sincerity. A person who is in the search begins with the first step. Cultivate in the proper progress, one will learn this point.
  • White Sun - Lesson in Hell
    Goddess of Mercy known as "Kuan Yin" is known to every Chinese regardless of religion. Her compassion and love to save human beings from suffering have been depicted in one of her many forms as "Thousand Arms Goddess of Mercy" indicating extending her arms to save everyone who calls for her help and mercy. On 19th October 1976, she gave a discourse to the suffering souls in Hell and this is what she said;
  • White Sun - Meditation
The Great Saint Arya Bodhidarma is the greatest teacher of meditation of the past. He meditated for nine years in a cave in China before he found his successor to carry on the Lineage of Tao according to Tao of Heaven. The questions were asked by serious meditators and below the answers explained by him:
  • White Sun - Words of Bodhidarma
The Patriarch Prajnatara instructed Bodhidarma, "Tathagata bestowed Mahakasyapa with the absolute dharma-eye, and was transmitted as such until it reached me. Now I shall instruct you: Even though China of the east is vast, there is no other path. The future shall depend upon our uncle's descendants to carry on. A golden cock is holding a single grain of seed to nourish and feed all the saints and monks everywhere."
  • Life - Fantasies & Realities
Real, what is real? Unreal, what is unreal? For many a time, man often cannot differentiate them. The air is real but no man can ever touch it or feel it. The mists and clouds look so real, yet nothing contains within them. Human life is unreal for it is not a permanent affair, yet man take it for real. Thereby, we see everything with seriousness and cannot get away from money and fame. Money in its paper form, man can feel it, look at it and even enjoy playing with it, but with a big fire, nothing will ever remain.
  • Life - The Law
To achieve an ultimate goal of universal and perpetual peace, it is the duty of every man's responsibility. Everyone has virtuous inborn spiritual characteristics, unfortunately the majority of the world's population, lacking spiritual apprehension , rather choose to lay down their lives for the price of material interests and comfort. Hence, God sent down the five great religions namely; Taoism, Confucianism, Buddhism, Christianity and Islam to prepare man for the return to God's kingdom.
  • Life - The Root
We must take the root and basis as our major or prime importance. Once the basis is set up, the truth of all things will be generated. What is Root and Basis? What does the human way contain? "Three Guides and Five Constants" and "Five Human Relationships and Eight Virtues". If we do not start with the Root and Basis, but aim for the high and far (not practical), it is not natural and cannot be achieved.
  • Life - The Realization
One must make sense. If we stick to things that bear shapes and forms seriously, we will become lost beings. Victory over oneself is a real victory. If man were to walk in all directions, a lot of time would be wasted. Wandering in the dark, beware of the pits. All pits are traps laid down to capture their prey. Be the hunter of the Truth and not let plenty of beauties await us at the bottom. Do not let lust get the better of us. A path that is visible is an illusion that appears to the eye. Truth is invisible to the self and so is the Path of Truth.
  • White Sun
In the growth phases, God called on seven Buddhas to govern the world so the growth would be orderly. In the regression phases, God called on three Buddhas to amass the souls so that the returning of souls and the essence of everything are orderly.
  • Life - The Search
Everyone is searching, but for what? Most people say that they must first see or know of the unanswerable things before they begin. Unfortunately, as one waits for the answer, time is running out. Many do not realize and the search may be too late. Usually man often asks what the Universe is made of? Where is Heaven? What type of place is it? All these questions cannot be fully answered and an answer they will not obtain.
  • Life - The Journey
The physical body of Man would be spoiled sooner or later. If one does not die now, one would die later. If one is alive now, it is not sure that he can live later. Don't take the exterior (physical things) too seriously, the most important is that he must make good use of his vitality, time and the splendour of his youth in the right manner. During this span of time, do something that you consider to be the best, do it really well, soon you will have abundant treasures in Heaven.
  • Life - Perfecting Oneself
The Holy Eightfold Path will lead one to practise and achieve the "Highest Standard of Perfection". Everyone is looking for eternal bliss which all mankind should not miss and should seek now. Just look at our world, how despairing it is! We must first have the Right Understanding to begin with and then what follows will be right.
  • White Sun - The Silence of the Wise
Although the truth cannot be seen, heard or touched, yet it is the origin of all things and it is beyond time, space and religion. The great ancients who lived in accordance to the truth were men of subtle wisdom and penetrating intelligence. They were so profound that others did not understand them and such people are the founders of the Five Great Religions like Lao Tze, Confucius, Sakyamuni Buddha, Jesus Christ and Prophet Mohammad.
  • White Sun - Wisdom of Life
To be able to realize our own ignorance is to be wise. Some people say that they know a lot and they are good at poetry, literature and art. But the wise may say, in fact they know is just a smattering of everything. I have met people in the spiritual field claiming that there is nothing to learn in Tao. The sage does not have this fault because he steers clear of such a fault and he knows he can never stop learning.
