    A hernia is when an internal part of the body e.g. organ, pushes through a weakness in the muscle or surrounding tissue wall. Usually, your muscles are strong and tight enough to keep your intestines and organs in place; but sometimes they aren't, causing a hernia. The common type of hernias in the groin (inguinal),belly button (umbilical)and the site of a previous operation (incision). There are many more types but are rare.
  • Exercise For A Healthy Heart
    Look for chances to be more active during the day. Walk the mall before shopping, choose a flight of stairs over an escalator, or take 10–15 minute walking breaks while watching TV or sitting for some other activity.
