Too many people don't have the time management skills they should have before entering the workforce. It's sad but most people work longer than 8 hours in one day and overtime has become a way of life for some people. It's a face paced world, people want to impress the boss so they put in hours late into the night and have very little time to spend the money they make or make just enough to get by with a lousy pension plan or small RRSP.
