Geothermal Energy Benefits Geo Thermal energy is obtained from the energy reservoir of earth's crust. The energy source is the heat inside the earth's crust. It is stated that energy can neither be produced nor destroyed. Similarly, this heat energy is converted into steam which is later converted to electrical energy.
