Peak Experiences: Windows of Opportunity
Peak Experiences, the ecstatic high points in ones' life, can be a help or hindrance in a person's spiritual journey. If repeated returns become the destination, then it can lead to a freezing of spiritual progress or addictive behavior. If it is used as a window into an understanding of higher consciousness, it can become a roadmap to enlightenment.

Throwing out Baby with the Bathwater
The number of spiritual teachers and teachings is staggering. Close to half of the books, in the average spiritual bookstore, are fiction. Thought Forms: Elementals and Archetypes
It has been said that the basis of our present day personality, the small self, is comprised of Thought Forms. The Thought Forms generated and held in this dimensional reality, make up approximately 90-95% of all the entity like issues, which I encounter in my work. About 20% represents our Karmic inheritance and the rest, those which were handed down through genetic encoding, parental patterning, collective un/conscience, etc.

Virus: The Mighty Mini Enigma
Many viruses have an initial set of flu-like symptoms, which then go into hiding only to show up later with some eemingly unrelated issues. Any drop in the state of health can be the opportunity for a new outbreak of symptoms or even an opening for some other, more virulent pathogen. Since there can be a time interval between the initial incident and the subsequent issues, the association often goes unnoticed.

Trauma, Energy and Counsciousenss
Many, if not most of us, have been impacted by trauma in some form or another. Any event, or series of events, either real or imagined, which causes significant distress to the body-mind and which the person perceives they are unable to escape or control can be traumatic. The impact of a particular trauma, or series of traumas, and its unwinding depends upon many factors, including Karma, both of the Soul as well as the body.

Projections of the Past
Memories of the past set up expectations for the future without any basis of validity. By releasing the impact which the past holds for us we can freely step into a new future.

The Wakeup Call
Wake up calls come in all shapes and sizes. The intensity and frequency required is dependent upon the individual and the particular lesson to be learned. For some it is a 'Near Death Experience'; for others it may be a strong emotional or financial crisis. Hopefully we learn from them and require lesser stimulus to get the message.
