What's the Point?
My last article addressed the requirements for making money online. The three key points were having a product, marketing it, and making the sale. With the assumption that your business already has a product and is marketing it we will take a loser look at the pieces needed to be successful in making the sale. Again, in the spirit of openness I want to let you know that I am writing this article with the clear bias that live chat needs to be a critical part of making the sale.
