An Open letter to the National Council of Churches Concerning Denial of Religious Liberty
The bloody American Revolution was fought to free Americans from British tyranny, and, afterwards, the very first amendment to the U.S. Constitution, of its Bill of Rights, was a declaration that no government, specifically the U.S. Congress, has a right to pass any law restricting the free exercise of religion. This was foremost in the American peoples' mind because it was, is, and will forever be a natural right based upon natural law endowed unto man by Nature's God. And it was written in stone that a church cannot be taxed because its minster preaches for, or against, a political issue.

Commentary About the 1954 U.S. Congressional Amendment Trampling Freedom of Religion
Is there an excuse for an existing federal law, one that has been around for 48 years, which severely restricts the religious freedom of ordained clergy from saying to their congregations what the God of nature inspires them to say, whether it be about the coming of God again to the earth, corrupt incumbent politicians, political candidates seeking federal, state, or local office, or poignant political issues? The First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution stated in 1789, and it states today, that CONGRESS SHALL PASS NO LAW PROHIBITING THE FREE EXERCISE OF RELIGION.

Sophistry, the First Amendment, and Bill Moyers
Recently the prominent journalist Bill Moyers wrote an Internet article for 'Nation of Change' promoting the Obamacare contraception mandate and proclaiming that the First Amendment assures freedom of religion and something called 'freedom from religion,' which is found nowhere in the text or intent of the First Amendment The way that Moyers wrote his article was, I think, the epitome of sophistry, which I will show in my essay as fallacious and misleading. One must understand that the intent of the First Amendment is that Congress cannot, in any way, prohibit freedom of religion.

A People's Primer on the Essentials of U.S. Constitutional Law
The U.S. Constitution was not written by the Founding Fathers of the American republic for only lawyers and politicians to read, understand, and apply. They wrote it for the People of the republic in a text that was devoid of amibiguities and convoluted syntax. The language was, and is, plain and straight-forward in its meaning. That's why Benjamin Franklin told a curious woman that the 1787 Constitutional Convention had produced a republic, if she, and the millions of other citizens. could keep it. Read on for a primer on U.S. Constitutional law, and its meaning for the 21st Century.

If Slick Willy Clinton was Impeached for Sexual Perjury, Why Not Obama for Criminal Fraud?
If Tricky Dick Nixon had refused to resign his Presidency in 1974, he would have surely been impeached by Congress, and convicted of his crimes. He would have looked good in stripped clothing, and the mainstream news-media went wild over 'Watergate.' A hail-storm erupted from the media when Slick Willy Clinton was impeached for sexual perjury, for saying 'I didn't have sexual relations with that woman.' But now, in 2012, there's probable cause to believe that Barack Obama has committed criminal fraud against the U.S. Constitution, and the media's acting deaf and dumb. What gives?

A Question for all U.S. Border Patrol and U.S. Immigration Officers: Who's Your Daddy?
U.S. Border Patrol, and U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service, officers have taken an oath to preserve, support, and defend the U.S. Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic. Since they are officers of the federal Executive branch they are duty-bound to faithfully execute all of the immigration laws which the U.S. Congress has legislated, and which have been signed into law by the U.S. President. A problem exists, however, in these officers not knowing who their daddy, or boss, is? Perhaps this is why the current immigration laws are not being faithfully enforced.
