Another claim is that the training centre will help you obtain NVQs. This is also false, as the only way to obtain a plastering NVQ is to be assessed while working on the job within the industry. The only way to get an NVQ in a classroom is to first obtain a EWPA.

Of course, you also want to find a plastering training facility that offers enough flexibility to fit within your lifestyle and needs. This includes finding a facility that provides:

- Qualified staff
- Training centres dedicated to plastering

If you take the time to find the right training facility, you will be certain to have a positive experience when you sign up for a plastering course.

When you consider your training options, investigate fully what is being offered to you. Your entitlement to quality training is equal whether you are training for 2 days or 10 weeks. If a Centre has recognised approvals then they have a quality assurance procedure in place; this will ensure that there are excellent standards across the board and that your course is delivered to the correct specification.
