There are many times a year to take a Eurostar break, as within a matter of a few short hours you can quite literally be anywhere that takes your fancy in destinations across Belgium, France and the Netherlands.

With Eurostar you can travel speedily into the heart of Paris, Brussels, Lille, Paris and Disneyland in Paris. You don't have to stop here as you can take a Eurostar break in Bruges, Lyon, Amsterdam, the French Riviera and the Alpine ski resorts.

After a stressful week in the office, a Eurostar weekend break to rural France is ideal for some relaxation, or perhaps you prefer to let the kids go wild at Mickey's European holiday home.

Alsace in France is an ideal destination for shopping, houseing some of the oldest markets in European. If you take a Eurostar Break after the 25th November, you will be able to choose from nearly a hundred Christmas markets in the region, selling everything from spicy sausages, decorations, glass, hampers, jewellery, Christmas biscuits to hot mulled wine.

If you enjoy skiing, then February is the best time to take a Eurostar break to the Alpine ski resorts. It is worth remembering that this is also the busiest time of the year, but some resorts have good skiing right up until May.

The best time to take a Eurostar break to urbane, romatic Paris is Valentine's Day and it's says "I love you" more than the usual flowers or chocolates.

June is by far the best time for a Eurostar break to Le Mans if you are interested in the spectacular 24-hour LE Mans racing event. However Le Mans has a great deal more than revving engines on offer, especially if you are interested in history. The old town of Le Mans is set high above the new town and is known as Cite Plantagenet and is alo the place where Henry II was born.

May, June, September and October are ideal for a Eurostar break to Berlin as the weather is reasonably warm and it is far less busy. Berlin is a great city which appeals to a wide range of people, including naturists, history buffs, food and wine connoisseurs and fashionistas.

Dijon is perfect for a gastronomic Eurostar weekend break at anytime of the year, but in the autumn it is that little bit more special extra as the gentle blue skies blend harmoniously with the colours of nature.

Anytime is a great time to visit Spain but the summer is best if you want beaches and autumn if you want to avoid the main tourist season. Barcelona offers great nightlife, the Olympic Village and of course, the world famous FC Barcelona who play at the Camp Nou. Madrid is full of culture with numerous museums and world-class galleries.
