Such systems as fuses are commonly utilized in any construction related to the electricity. In case we compare devices operating on semiconductors and tube devices we will see that semiconductors are significantly smaller and lighter. When semiconductors are utilized some significant features as power and reliability are being improved much.

There are a lot of different devices nowadays, which significantly facilitate our life and all such inventions appear only thanks to the semiconductor devices.
