Article Summary: Everyone wants to know what the secret to life is. The cool thing is that there is no secret. We are not supposed to do anything you do not want to really do. All we are asked to do is enjoy life to the fullest and do exactly what you love to do.

Everyone wants to know what the secret to life is. The cool thing is that there is no secret. We are not supposed to do anything you do not want to really do. All we are asked to do is enjoy life to the fullest and do exactly what you love to do. After all you only live once; why not spend it doing what you love to do?

The sad fact is that most people spend a majority of their lives doing the opposite. They hate what they do and continue staying in positions that they are miserable in because they fear change. The secret to life is to know what you want and have the courage to follow your heart. If you are not currently happy with where you are in life; ask yourself why. Have you settled in life because you thought you could not do better than what you are currently doing? We are our worst enemy and if you do not learn how to control your self talk; you will talk yourself out of everything.

Learn how to take a chance on yourself and really live life. What do you find yourself telling your kids? Are you encouraging them to follow their dreams or are you telling them to just go to school and get grades so that they can get a good job. They will listen to whatever you tell them to. If you fill their minds with positive things and constantly tell them that they can be do have anything they put their minds to; they will believe you. However if you are constantly telling them they can not do certain things; then they will believe that as well.

The secret to life is to help them believe that they can begin utilizing their untapped potential and they should always follow their dreams. When more people begin having the courage to follow their dreams then they will be happier and have a higher self esteem.

Next time you ask yourself what is the secret to life all you have to do is remember to enjoy life and only do things that make you happy. We were all meant to live an abundant and happy life, and as long as you are doing things that make you happy. Everything else will fall into place for you.

So what truly makes you happy? Do you have a hobby that you love? Once you answer those questions you can begin following and doing the things that making you happy. When we are feeling wonderful those emotions that we are giving off are helping the law of attraction to bring all the great things we would like to have. This is why some people seem to reach their goals easier than others. If you have ever struggled to reach some of the goals you set for yourself; you probably struggled to reach them because you did not spend the time doing what you truly loved doing. Find things to be happy and put yourself in an environment that you love this is the secret to life.
