I started using the Sound Wave Energy Cds about one year ago and experienced amazing benefits to my state of harmony from these frequencies of sound. These Cds which are in four sets , the Fundamental Series, the Mental/Emotional series, the Physical Series and the Spiritual Series, have succeeded in helping me not only mentally and emotionally but spiritually as well. At first I experienced a greater self confidence, mental clarity, emotional stability and even a greater awareness of who I truly am. I felt that I had more courage to speak up in front of others and a greater ability to analyse more complex situations. My negative inner dialogue gradually stopped as more positive feelings and thoughts took over. This allowed me to handle negative situations with more compassion and love. I was able to let go of old limitations ,negative habits and emotional blockages, and attract more light and love and more pleasant experiences into my life. I definitely felt more of a sense of well being and general good health.
What is Sound Wave Energy ,you may be asking. Sound Wave Energy was created by Nicole La Voie and is a series of Cds/Tapes which contain the frequencies of sound, set at different vibrations to help people restore positive feelings of love , light and life. It is a holistic approach to wellness, healing the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of the person, bringing him back to a state of harmony and balance through the use of sound frequencies. Listening to these Cds has the ability to raise one’s vibrations which therefore helps one to return to a state of harmony. It helps one, to realise and tap into, the power that is within each one of us.
Quantum physics teaches, that everything in the universe is a whirling mass of molecules vibrating at a certain frequency. Nicole, who claims that she received higher guidance, in her book "Return to Harmony", explores sound frequencies and resonance, as they apply to the human mind, body, emotions and spirit. Listening to the frequencies for me was like a fine tuning of my inner bodies. It had the effect of aligning the psychic centres, otherwise known as the chakras of the pyschic body of man. Nicole says in her book, that once the body’s centres are balanced and energised, and the spiritual, mental and emotional bodies are cleared, then the physical body would have no choice but to return to health , balance and harmony. Everything in life ,including ourselves is composed of energy that vibrates at a certain frequency. The higher the vibration the higher the level. Nicole’s Cds are designed to fine tune or remind our cells, organs and chakras of their ideal frequency and cause them to continue vibrating at that state of perfection.
Our vibratory rates are adversely affected by negative thoughts, discordant sounds,(like certain types of music for example) television, microwaves, pollution. stress trauma, fear and violence. Whenever our ideal frequency is impacted, disease and negative events can more easily become part of our life experience.
The SWE recordings, by reminding our cells of their ideal vibratory rate, causes the retrained cells to match the rate of energy. One’s subtle bodies are actually digesting the frequencies.
These Cds are not musical in nature ,but are really sounds set at varying hertz.
The Fundamental series would help one to assimilate all the building blocks needed to nourish and balance the endocrine system. It helps to allow the person to let go of resistance, old belief systems and stuck emotions and help one to open more to unconditional love.
The Spiritual Series helps one to expect miracles and connect with one’s higher self.. It enhances one’s healing abilities, feelings of oneness, release entities, integrate new energies, build a strong immune system, promote awareness of the immortality of our being, give energy, give light around the body, promote patience ,balance the ego, attune to the greater purpose of humanity, support love in action, and assist in the manifestation of one’s dreams.
With the Mental and Emotional series ,one is able to release fears, doubts anger and bring light into one’s body and space, enhance public speaking abilities, encourage body wisdom, enhance communication, release addictions, focus on one’s mission in life, experience clarity, balance right and left brain, improve memory and learn to live in the moment.
The Physical Series helps to balance brain chemistry, circulation, bones, hearing, heart, pancreas, veins, small intestine, promote hydration, good breathing, acid/alkaline balance, repair and rejuvenate the body. These Cds can and do repair and restore vitality and health to our lives.
