Skin care demands that you start replenishing water from the early in the morning, you can start with a glass of warm water, with a dash of lime it becomes all the more healthy.

Your skin and body both benefit from a glass of warm water early in the morning; firstly warm water will help you with bowel movements. You should take care to consume another glass or two of water especially after you exercised, you can re-energize yourself faster.

For good skin care you should make sure that you consume water after each hour or two all throughout the day.

What other liquids should be consumed throughout the day and what needs to be avoided for skin care?

There are liquids other than water that can be consumed regularly, these provide excellent skin care. First such liquid is the coconut water, on a hungry and thirsty afternoon; you can drink coconut water and feel refreshed and filled. One glass of coconut water each day will do wonders for your skin, other than cleansing it coconut water replenishes lost nutrition fast. You skin will become clean and peerless within a fortnight of consuming the coconut water.

Another liquid that is a must is milk, two glasses a day is ideal, adults generally consume just one, that’s fine too. Try out buttermilk, another proper source of lot of nutrition, bacteria in buttermilk will provide you better digestion.

Your skin care routine should avoid certain drinks that contain alcohol. People who abuse alcohol are most likely to get wrinkles faster than those who do not. Smoking too, is highly avoidable, recent studies suggested smokers have acne and their skin wrinkles faster around eyes and lips.
