Honey's natural antioxidant and anti-microbial properties and ability to absorb and used extensively in skin care treatments as they help to protect the skin from the damage of the sun's rays and rejuvenate depleted skin. It has been recommended for psoriasis, eczema, aftershave applications, cracked or blistered skin, for treating insect bites, poison ivy, and as the treatment of choice for varicose veins and hemorrhoids. Beeswax must be one of the most misunderstood and sometimes vilified cosmetic ingredients. Beeswax is also use skin is simply one of the most effective all natural dry skin.
