If you plan on joining an MLM Company, you need to be aware that there are many fraudulent companies out there. MLM Fraud is actually quite common, and while there are a variety of great MLM companies out there, you still need to be aware of MLM Fraud and how you can spot it. Believe it or not, even some of the common names you hear in MLM marketing are scams, so you need to be prepared. So, let's take a closer look at some of the ways that you can truly spot a scam when it comes to MLM companies.
No Money Back Guarantee
One huge sign that you may be getting involved in MLM Fraud is that there is no money back guarantee. Companies that are the real deal almost always offer a guarantee where you can get your money back if you are not satisfied with the program. You don't want to get involved in a program that will not give your money back if it doesn't work out, so make sure that you avoid these companies that offer no guarantee, because they are probably a scam.
Huge Start-Up Fees
Another way that you can spot MLM Fraud is by looking at the start up fees. If the start-up fees are huge, you'll want to avoid this company. Most legitimate companies charge less than $500 to start up, and in reality, most actually charge less than $200 to get started. Don't join any MLM Company if you see outrageous fees they require to join, since it is a dirty group.
No Contact Information
If you are considering a MLM Company and you find that there is not contact information listed, you'd better beware. Any solid organization will show you how to get in touch with them. Any issues that arise you could easily call their organization and handle it. Don't join any Network Marketing Company until you at least visit their website. Is the contact information there? If not, then you should probably keep looking for a good opportunity that is not a scam.
No Free Training or Support
A good MLM Company will offer plenty of free training and support to get you started in the business. So if the Network Marketing company you are thinking of joining doesn't offer no-cost training to you, there is a good possibility they are most likely involved in MLM Fraud. Sure, you may be asked to pay for some of the training materials that you need, but there should be other support and training that is totally free as well. Leave and go to another organization before you lose all your funds.
As you can see, there are many things to look for if you are trying to spot MLM Fraud. Keep these things in mind when you are looking for a good MLM Company to get involved in. It will help you save money and the frustration of dealing with a scam. So, remember, if it looks like a scam, it probably is, so get away from it as soon as possible.
