The effects of every drama can change one’s life curse in a dramatic manner; trauma can even affect the entire community in case there are many people involved in a particular tragedy.

Every person will respond in a different manner and the bereavement will differ as well; all these effects that are implied by every trauma will affect every person who was involved in it. The effects can be felt straight away but there are people who will deal with these feelings later. Even the delayed response to a particular trauma can be experienced but every misfortune is likely to ask for its own part when it comes to making people suffer from its consequences.

Many people are regarded as brave just because they are not able to have the proper reaction when the trauma happens; but you should become aware that these people are in fact the most affected ones; they are likely to deal with anger and depression feelings soon after the trauma has taken place. They will fail when it comes to acknowledging the real consequences that may even change their lives. Therefore, every person should be allowed to express her/his own feelings in order to cope with the loss of loved one. The caring environment is to be regarded as a genuine and positive background that can help you deal with your fear, anger and depression. You have to express your true feelings in order to avoid becoming psychologically disabled.

You should prevent yourself from believing that you are the real cause of the tragedy because this is not likely to be true; you have to stop blaming yourself for things that have nothing to do with your or your actions because you are not likely to be able to influence the main course of things. You will have to have all your feelings validated in order to move on with your own life; you should not block your inner life to this misfortune because this situation is likely to cripple your emotional life for good. Proper care is to be provided and you may even ask for professional help in case that you are aware that you cannot do it by yourself. The situation urges for its immediate solution and you will have to act according to these inner urges.

Therefore, you should not feel afraid when it comes to expressing your genuine feelings; you have to share your thoughts about the trauma and you will have to talk about it with your own friends and relatives. Family and friends are to be contacted in order to provide yourself with the necessary support and you will have to try not to stay alone too much because this loneliness may affect your feelings. The normal routine is to be kept in order to become able to move on with your own life.

If one of your friends is trying hard to cope with a tragedy, you may consider doing some things in order to help him. For instance, you should try to listen to him. Just try to offer him the wisest advices that can be helpful in the given situation. The feelings of despair and anger should not be taken too personally because this is not the case especially if death occurs. You will have to be understanding and caring in order for your friend to rely on you in these difficult moments. The friend needs to be reassured in order to move on with his/her own life.

Nobody is likely to be fully prepared for such tragic things; the emotional consequences that are likely to come along with traumatic events or violence cannot be fully understood until they happen for real. Hence, every person is likely to feel devastated, angry and overwhelmed by these types of events; the emotional and common physical reactions are to be recognized in order to learn how to deal with them in the proper manner. They should not be left aside hoping that they will not be there the second day. On the contrary, you will have to do something in order to cope with you loss; if all the effects are severe enough in order to interfere with your normal behavior and emotions, you may need to go and search for the necessary medical advice. If you feel that you are not able to overcome all these negative feelings, the mental health provider is to be visited in order to receive professional advice.
