There are many strategies to follow:
* 1. Make a questionnaire to have clear purpose in your mind before choose the book:
- What kind of books do you like?
- What kinds of authors do you like?
- What your purpose?
- What are your interests?
2. Ask someone whom you trust to recommend a good book.
3. See if the library has computers. Use Internet services to search library. Use the search engine to find a certain book, books by a certain author, or anything as broad as just a certain genre.
4. Ask for help from the librarian the location of the books you're looking for.
5. When you caught the book you want, let's check it again to make sure if it is approriate.
* Use the word FIT to remember how to choose a book.
- F - Finding a book that looks interesting.
- I - Investigating to see whether the book is too hard or too easy
- T- Trying the book or Trading it in for another.
