To be energetic all day is what everyone wants. When you exercise, you make it easier for the body to breakdown fats and carbohydrates to be absorbed into the bloodstream and converted to energy. You stay healthy and fit because the excess fats you have are converted to energy. The nutrients food are also processed and absorbed more quickly so the body can always function properly.

Exercise is troublesome. For many people, they see exercise as a troublesome thing. They have to allot time every day to go to the gym or to job outside. They have to change to exercise outfits and sweat a lot.
Exercise is boring. Some people think that exercise is not interesting. It is just plain jogging or other physical activities. However, this is not always the case. You can always make exercise interesting. If you love nature, jog in a place with beautiful sceneries. If it is boring for you to go to the gym, grab a friend and make your friend your gym buddy.
Exercise is very important if you want to get more energy. It may require some effort but all the efforts will pay off sooner or later.
