But on the other hand there also have an important role of diet meal when you lose weight. It is quite impossible to get rid of extra weights from your body without proper exercise which are not entirely depend on hard or grand exercises and do not need to go any gym for these hardcore exercise with timely manner.

Here we are going to discuss some important and very effective small exercises; those help you to lose weight without any bad effect.

1. Start exercise with a glass of water:
Water is the main vital object for your body and exercise. When you are about to start you exercise, you must need to drink a sufficient amount of water. Just not before of your regular exercise, you should drink it before every meal and in between the meals, that's mean whenever you feel to drink water, just have some.

2. Participates at every household works:
Make yourself a compulsory part of the household chores and it gives you many benefits, like a very good exercise for your health and provide a pure satisfaction to your mind. So don't ignore any single tasks of beside of yours.

3. Walk whenever you get chance:
Actually there is nothing but walk, that burns your calories more than anything. And when you walk, walk fast or I can say keep steady 100 steps per minute for losing extra fats from your body.

4. 30 minutes of exercise:
There is no alternative but performing exercise in a daily basis and that is must doing. Give an hour to your body to lose extra fats by performing some aerobic exercises or you can split it in two sessions which contains 30 minutes of each. Chose these sessions very wisely but always perform these after one hour of having meals or take the meals after one hour of the exercises. And after exercise take a cold shower and it will be better if you perform the swimming in any swimming pool. And the swimming is also one of the most effective exercises of all.

5. Cycling, perform as a hobby:
Cycling is one of the most preferable exercises to any gym instructor around the world. If you like to enjoy the sight seen of your town, and then this exercise will be done automatically with riding on a cycle. Otherwise you need to have a cycling instrument in your gym and give the sufficient amount of time that you are capable of.

6. Dance with a free spirit:
Dance as an exercise is very effective to lose extra weights of your body. Chose a perfect partner and perform it in daily basis. This burns some extra calories from your body with lots of enjoyment.

7. Yoga, the motivation of exercise:
Yoga is a very ancient way to bright up your inner energy. There have no words enough for expressing the benefits of the yoga to your life. So the yoga will cheer up you and motivate you to do every good works of your life.
Exercise is the main way to lose extra fats from your body and reform the muscles with the appropriate shape. The alternatives of exercise have lots of long term side effects, which could be destructive to your body. And always remember of drinking sufficient amount of water before starting exercise.
