This is a question I’m hearing over and over on the internet lately. Does a completely automated marketing system exist and where can I find it. Before we answer the question, let’s figure out what a completely automated marketing system would consist of.
The whole point of automation is to make routine task easier and quicker. So this is the first criteria. A system has to make life easier and save time for the user. In the case of our marketing system we want the automation to allow us to set up websites in minutes. We want it to reach more prospects in less time. We want the system to easily take care of repeated tasks. An example would be an email autoresponder. The autoresponder can be set up to send out a predetermined set of emails at certain intervals. How about placing advertisements? Can this be automated? It sure can. There are tools that allow you to easily and quickly post hundreds of ads saving you hours a day.
Another criterion that we would look for in an automated system is ease of use and flexibility. Can the system be set up quickly and easily and can we change it easily when we need to? Yes, automation allows us to do this. With a few clicks of a mouse, web based automation allows us to change our system without having to reprogram anything. Changes can be made in minutes. Websites, emails and advertisements can all be linked together and updated easily.
So an automated system can save time but the real question is can it make you any money? You the answer here is yes. What if, just by implementing the automated system, you could close sales and make money…real money. How great would that be? Now what if the person closing sales was one of the best in the business? That’s right…we can use a live person to close all the sales. How is this automated then? The answer is because it’s not you doing the sales. The system is closing the sales while you keep the money. While the system is working for you, you can be doing anything else that you want. You can golf, spend time with your family or run a second or third system to make even more money. Isn’t technology great?
So here is the automated marketing system we have put together thus far. It can easily set up a website (or multiple websites) in minutes. It can advertise and drive quality traffic to your website. It can contact your prospects with emails. It can even sell your product, which may be the most valuable aspect of all. Oh, I almost forgot, the system automatically deposits the money into your bank account (you will have to figure out how to spend it all).
Ok, I think we have the answer to our question. It may surprise you a little though. The answer to the question of whether a completely automated system exists is NO. It does not exist. It sure sounds like it exists…what is it missing? The answer is you. Without you the system doesn’t exist. The system needs a name to put on its websites, an email address to reply from and most importantly someone to send the money to! So any system will never be completely automated. 98% automated yes, but there always has to be a real person behind the system. That’s what makes it work.
