There are 12 zodiac signs in astrology on which whole concept of astrology depends upon. They are practiced in the form of sun as well as moon signs. Since ages they are considered the medium through which information about one's life can be detected in the most effective way. Following are presented brief introduction to all of them:

- Aries (21 march- 20 April) - this is considered as fire sign and as per the signs; Arians are very energetic, arrogant and set their goals in the direction of achievements. They are capable of achieving grand things in life.
- Taurus (21 April- 21 may) - this comes under earth and as per the signs, Taurians believe in rejoicing life to the full extent. They also believe in remaining happy and make others happy.
- Gemini (22 may-21 June) - this astrological sign comes under air sign. As per the directions of this sign, Gemini's love to travel a lot. They aim high and always make out best plans. They are also considered as nervous system to the human race and thus attain significant positions in life.
- Cancer (22 June - 23 July) - this sign comes under water and the cancerians are viewed as very homely people. They believe in strong bonding between the relationships. They are like driving forces who keep the relationships steady and in shape.
