A feeling of being unsatisfied or unhappy with your current life is a true emergency that everyone should take heed of and respond to with intention.

It sounds funny to say that being unhappy with your life should be considered an emergency, but that is exactly what you should feel anytime you feel that your life could use a little work. Why? It is simple really: you're life matters. It is a thing of supreme value and preserving and enriching it should be valuable to you as well. The goods news is that this emergency can be a relatively easy one to respond to.

When you feel the emergency of unsatisfaction or unhappiness rise within you, there are many ways to deal with it. A first important way to respond it to get away from the stresses of life long enough to relax and think. This could mean visiting a local coffeeshop or taking a walk on a nature path. Just find a way to clear your mind and enable yourself to think clearly about your situation. What brought on the feelings of being unhappy or out of control of your life? What has filled your hours so that there is no longer any time for relaxation or activities you enjoy?

Answering these questions will get you well on your way to solving the emergency of responding to your intuition about life. Responding to this emergency will be as easy or as hard as you make it. If you respond in proactive, positive ways it can be fairly easy to realign your life and find satisfaction again. You must make time again to do the things you enjoy and to spend time with the people you value. Learn now that time is one of your most valuable possessions and that you must fight to use it well. If you are feeling the urgency of an emergency coming, chances are high that your time is being spent in unhealthy ways.

The days of your life are much too important to be spent being unhappy or unsatisfied. Whenever you begin to feel these things, take them as signs of an emergency and do whatever it takes to get your life back on track again.
